Delivery and Collection

When you place an order with us, we offer both collection and delivery options (where applicable) on checkout.

Delivery Time Frames

  • We aim to ship your order within 3 business days of receipt of order (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays)
  • Please be aware that while most items are in stock and ready to ship, others may require a longer lead time of up to 3 weeks
  • If there is a delay in your order for any reason we will contact you immediately

Delivery Fees

  • A delivery fee of €50 applies to all orders under €500
  • FREE delivery is available on orders over €500 

Additional Delivery Information

  • All products (excluding tile samples) will be delivered on pallet by our delivery partners
  • Our delivery service offers kerbside delivery ONLY
  • Our delivery partners are unable to transport any products into your home.
  • As your delivery may include heavy items, we advise you to arrange assistance for loading products into your home
  • Orders will arrive with our delivery partners by lorry. Please advise us when placing your order of any difficulties that may exist for delivery such as narrow entrances or laneways
  • Your delivery will be made by courier to the address stipulated in your order
  • The courier will contact you in advance to advise you of an estimated time of delivery
  • You must ensure that someone is present to accept the delivery

Collection Information

  • Collections are available from the Halo Tiles & Bathrooms Warehouse: Coolnaleen, Camolin, Co. Wexford. Y21 HX44 
  • We will email you when your goods are ready for collection
  • You must bring your email receipt as proof of purchase for collection
  • Collections must be made within 14 days of your email notice
